Why there are no photos on this page
We're not a clinic and we don't have patients. Stock photos sold as "results" aren't real results, so we don't use them. The before and after photos that matter are the surgeon's own, of their own patients, shown with consent at your consultation.

The change, month by month
- Week 1: swollen, bruised, often looking larger than before
- Weeks 2 to 6: bruising gone, swelling going down, the area still firm and a little lumpy
- Month 3: most of the change is visible and clothes fit differently
- Month 6: the last swelling has gone; this is the result
How to judge a surgeon's photos
- the same pose, distance, lighting and clothes in both photos
- photos at least three months after surgery, ideally six
- patients with a build, age and skin like yours
- a range of results, rather than just the most striking ones
- the surgeon's own patients, shown with their consent
What liposuction can't change
Liposuction is not a weight-loss treatment. It removes pockets of fat that stay put despite a steady weight, diet and exercise. It does not remove cellulite or stretch marks, and it does not tighten loose skin.
If you have loose skin on the stomach, the arms or the thighs, the after photo you are hoping for may need a skin-removal operation.
Questions people ask
How soon will I see a difference?
Some change shows within weeks, but swelling hides most of it. Judge the result at three to six months.
Do before and after photos online show real results?
Some do. Many on social media are edited, lit differently, or taken too soon after surgery. Ask the surgeon for theirs, in person.
